About

Join us for a transformative experience where we dive deep into the rich history and origins of cacao - the purest form of chocolate!

You’ll learn about its sacred roots and the journey from bean to cup, with a special focus on theobroma cacao from Ecuador. Together, we’ll savor the unique flavors of this ancient drink, while engaging in breathwork and journaling practices designed to help you reflect on the theme of the “love well” week. Through these mindful practices, we’ll explore how to cultivate more love, peace, and presence in our lives.

Come ready to connect, reflect, and nurture your heart.
